Sean Wyatt
Head Coach
Girls Swimming
Sean was a club swimmer throughout elementary, middle, and high school, as well as a 4-year swimmer at Salesianum High School.
Sean joined the East coaching staff in 2021 as the head swimming coach of the girl's squad.
In addition to his swimming experience, he is a health and PE teacher at Downingtown Middle School where he has experience coaching several sports.
Kirsten Snyder

Boys Swimming
Kirsten was born and raised in Berks county and swam competitively at Muhlenberg HS for 4 years. During her HS career, she qualified for AA districts and PIAA states. She went on to swim at Lycoming College and was a four-year championship qualifier in the breaststroke and IM events as well as team captain for 2 years.
Kirsten has been a lifelong swimmer and has taught swim lessons and coached age-group swimming. She currently teaches at the Downingtown STEM Academy and joined the Coaching staff in 2022.
Kelsey Mahoney
Head Coach
Girls & Boys Diving
Kelsey was born and raised in Downingtown and attended Downingtown West. She dove all 4 years of high school after transitioning from competitive gymnastics. Kelsey went on to dive all 4 years at American University. During summers in college, she helped coach the diving team at Pennypacker, and spent one summer in DC coaching with her college coach. Kelsey now lives in Downingtown with her husband and continues to teach full-time in addition to coaching for DASD. In her spare time, she runs miles and miles around the borough with her dog Millie.
